Emotional Meditation Technique is the intentional practice of inviting in a specific emotion to fill yourself up internally, and then, releasing it completely. Often times after deep Meditation on an emotion you may have to release the emotion more times than you have needed to invite it in.
Meditation works both as a manifestation technique for gaining feel-good emotions and a manifestation technique to for gaining not-so-good to feel emotions.

Next, write down 2-4 experiences where you have seen others in that specific emotional state. Use Bullet Points at first, and then work to write more later if you wish. Key details are important so you can later use the materials you write to activate your own emotions.
Next, write down 1-3 Imaginary Experiences that, if true, you would be in an expression of that specific emotional state. You can get very creative as you brainstorm reasons that if true, you would feel regret, shame, elation, despair, or heartbreak.
